The NCTJ's appeals policy covers all areas relating to its awarding organisation and end-point assessment organisation functions including results, awards, approvals, outcomes of complaints and malpractice penalties.

This policy is aimed at our customers, including learners and apprentices, who are delivering, enrolled on, or have taken an NCTJ approved qualification/unit or end-point assessment.
