Exam reports

Shorthand exam reports can only be requested within two weeks of the date results were issued.

When completing your details, in the 'comments' box within delivery details please indicate:

• The date you sat the exam.
• The speed of the exam.
• The centre where you sat the exam.

NQJ exam reports can only be requested within two weeks of the date results were issued.

When completing your details, in the 'comments' box within delivery details please also indicate

• The exam module(s) you wish to request a report for
• Your URN number
