Essential media law and regulation – Diploma


This is a Diploma in Journalism distance learning module. Price excludes VAT.


All journalists must know the legal and regulatory boundaries of what they can and cannot report. This includes both the Editors’ Code of Practice and Ofcom Broadcasting Code.


This module is assessed by an online exam which assesses your knowledge and practical application of media law and regulation.


As well as your e-learning materials, you will be sent a media law textbook by post. All orders will be sent McNae’s Essential Law for Journalists unless you indicate you prefer Scottish learning materials on your order form, in which case you will receive Scots Law for Journalists.
