For 75 years, the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ) has trained journalists to the professional standards the industry demands.

As an independent charity, we work to ensure journalism has the skilled people it needs for the future, and that a career in journalism is open to people with the talent and determination to succeed, whatever their background or circumstances.
