The NCTJ is delighted to announce that the Southern Daily Echo is to be one of the main sponsors of the Journalism Skills Conference in Bournemouth on 27 – 28 November.

The Southern Daily Echo is a well-established tabloid newspaper which has covered Southampton and the surrounding area for 125 years. It was named Newspaper of the Year 2009 and 2011, Campaigning Newspaper of the Year in 2011 and 2012 and dailyecho.co.uk was named Website of the Year 2012 at the annual EDF Energy South East and London Media Awards. Other supporters include Bournemouth University, who are hosting the conference, Visit Dorset and the Rare Tea Company.
