Senior Reporter – The Northern Echo (Darlington)
The Northern Echo, Newsquest’s flagship daily title, is looking for a top-class reporter to join the Great Daily of the North.
For more than 150 years The Northern Echo has been setting the agenda – holding those in authority to account, fighting for those without a voice, campaigning for change and championing our communities an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious journalist to join our team.
You will be covering vibrant patches in County Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire, where you will use your passion for storytelling to unearth amazing stories for our audiences across a number of platforms.
We are looking for an experienced reporter, but would also consider a newly qualified senior (NQJ qualified or equivalent) looking to cut their teeth on one of the biggest regional news brands in the UK. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
