Copywriter and Content Creator – Tindle (Isle of Man)

This role will require an agile approach to developing news and marketing content for our digital, print, social and event channels.

This role will require an agile approach to developing news and marketing content for our digital, print, social and event channels. We’re looking for someone who brings energy to our team, and who can seamlessly work across different projects, brands and teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced copywriter/content creator with minimum 3 years’ experience of delivering regular and engaging content across a range of channels and media.

  • Copywriter and/or marketer with an in-depth understanding of brand, audience and message.

  • Good understanding of digital engagement including web and social media. Experience in managing target-based campaigns with understanding of analytics.

  • Appreciation of print media and understanding of how print and digital complement each other.

  • Aptitude to operate interdepartmentally, across different products, brands and with different team members.

  • Energy and enthusiasm to support with account management, events and external partnerships.

  • Confident and outward-facing attitude to working with team, clients, partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Copy & Content – Regular delivery of copy and content across digital platform including editorial features, news, interviews, opinions and lifestyle pieces. Adhoc copywriting for print including interviews, lifestyle features and opinion pieces.

  • Commercial – Development of commercial copy including promotional collateral.

  • Social Media – Creation of engaging and varied social media content and daily social campaign management.

  • Planning – Content and campaign management including scheduling and engagement management.

  • Collaboration – Working closely with our editorial and commercial teams to drive objectives and deliverables.

  • Development – Supporting our development team with strategy, shaping messaging, creating and delivering content.

  • Visual Impact – Working closely with our lead graphic designer to maximise on visual impact of written content.

  • Video – Video recording/production on iPhone and working with professional videographer.

  • Events & Campaigns – support at events and partner-based initiatives.
