With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we’re recruiting an Assistant Editor of Music Teacher magazine to join our welcoming Music team in Herne Hill, London.

Our Assistant Editor role is a hybrid position with three days in-office at our Herne Hill site. The starting salary is £28,000 (DOE) plus benefits.

What We Ask in Return:

  • Editorial expertise, and experience in copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
  • A passion and love for music and an understanding of the world of music education.
  • You have proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
  • Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring high-quality work.
  • We’re looking for someone who has a genuine love for music in all it’s forms.
  • Preferably, you’ll have at least Grade 5 music in an instrument or singing so that you bring a deep understanding of the world our readers inhabit.
