It hopes to offer insight, advice and tips into the best ways of doing that – but also give you impetus to pause and think about whether there are changes you can make to become more relevant to the people you serve.
It also explores the benefits of building even deeper connections with the community and those key individuals within it and how that could also be critical to the long-term success of your title.
