All NCTJ materials including programmes of study and exam papers are copyright and must not be used or copied without permission.

All materials purchased from the NCTJ can only be used by and for the individual purchasing the material for private and research study purposes and must not be copied or circulated.  Under no circumstances can the material be used for third party training or commercial activities without written agreement from the NCTJ.  Any unauthorised use of NCTJ materials will constitute an infringement of copyright.

The NCTJ grants permission to use its copyright materials to its members for the purposes of training and education.  Members are those paying annual membership fees such as per capita members, accredited course providers and approved examination centres.  Copyright licensing agreements must be in place for all other purposes.  Contact the NCTJ to request permission.
