Diploma in Journalism by distance learning
This comprehensive distance learning programme that leads to the Diploma in Journalism qualification is perfect for those unable to study an NCTJ-accredited centre-based course. It provides learners with a sound knowledge and understanding of each subject so that they are prepared for the exams.
The NCTJ's Diploma in Journalism qualification is made up of the five core skills plus two specialist options. Students must pass the exams and the portfolio to achieve the Diploma in Journalism qualification. Once all elements of the qualification have been completed, learners can purchase the certificate from our online shop.
Specialist options can be purchased at the same time as the Diploma in Journalism core skills or at a later date. The following five options are available by distance learning:
Order: Buy online (UK orders only) or send a completed enrolment form
Payment: Courses must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer any payment plans or discounts.
Delivery: Most orders are dispatched within five working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery of course materials.
Refunds: Please refer to the refund policy on the enrolment form.
Note: Please note that NCTJ distance learning courses are designed for UK journalists. Although we have many distance learners overseas who complete the courses successfully and take our qualifications, we are a UK national charity not an international organisation.
If discs are lost or misplaced, there will be a charge for replacing each disc.
