Whistleblowing policy

The NCTJ aims to establish and maintain a culture of openness and we want to encourage our staff, centres and candidates to raise issues which concern them in relation to the delivery of NCTJ qualifications, end-point assessments and services. By knowing about malpractice/poor practice and maladministration we are able to take the necessary steps to safeguard the interests of our staff, centres and candidates.

Our whistleblowing policy is designed to provide you with information about the Public Interest Disclosure Act as well as the process by which you may whistleblow (it explains there are certain protections in place to protect whistleblowers).
