Certificate in Journalism (prelim certificate)

A certificate which lists all preliminary exams.

This can be a replacement for a misplaced or lost certificate, or an updated certificate as you pass more preliminary exams.

Please provide your date of birth and maiden name, if applicable, in the “comments” box in stage 2 of the order as we need to identify you before we can produce the certificate.
