Awards

Each year, two awards are made to students excelling in shorthand at the industry standard of 100 words per minute and higher speeds.

The first is presented to the student who achieved the best shorthand note and transcription at 100 per cent accuracy for 100 words per minute.

The second is awarded to the student with the best shorthand note and transcription at 100 per cent accuracy for 110 or 120 words per minute.
