PAYMENT
Courses must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not offer an instalments programme of any kind, nor do we offer a discount for those on benefits.
DELIVERY
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of course materials although most orders will be dispatched within five working days. Orders can be placed directly through the website shop or by downloading the form and sending it to the NCTJ with payment.
NOTES
If discs are lost or misplaced or you require more than five updated units, there will be an administration charge for each disc.
