Local students praise “interesting and informative” careers event

Lucy Olivia, Newport Free Grammar School: “The seminar has reinforced my determination to make it in the male-dominated field of sports journalism.”

George Kontou, Saffron Walden County High School: “A valuable experience, ‘straight from the horse’s mouth’ packed full of useful information about all aspects of journalism.”

Ben Appleby, Saffron Walden County High School: “While it is not your average nine to five office job, journalism seems a fascinating career option, and one that I am very much considering as a future occupation.”
