NCTJ acknowledges its responsibility to deal with any issues of suspected malpractice or maladministration on the part of candidates, centre staff or any others involved in delivering our qualifications and end-point assessments. The procedures for dealing with suspected malpractice or maladministration can be found below.
To report a case of suspected malpractice in the first instance contact the head of quality and assessment at the NCTJ. Then, please complete a report form (see below). Please see our sanctions policy related to malpractice or maladministration for more details.
